Dania Beach Pier Report

Lately dania pier has been overrun by blue runnner. When I say overrun i mean people are catching like over 200 per day!! There have been some macks hitting lures and some being caught. There also have been yellowtail snapper caught. Lastly the bonito are killing the bait out there, there have been some caught on almost anything spooons lures live bait just throw it in front of there face and they will take it! For blue runners crappie jigs have been working when jigged off the bottom. Gotcha plugs have been working squid on a 3 hook rig or even six hook rig, also they have been caught on jigs, and my favorite way to catch them is to throw the 1/8 rapala x-rap glass ghost!
